SWAZILAND - Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation (Support Services)
Booker Tate has provided a range of management and support services to the Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation since 1977. In 2001 the shareholders agreed to a merger with Mhlume Sugar Company to form the biggest company in Swaziland. In late 2006, expansion of the distillery to utilise all the molasses from both Simunye and Mhlume raised production to 32 million litres of ethanol per year.
UGANDA - Kinyara Expansion Project (Project Management)
Booker Tate was employed to carry out a feasibility study for a new sugar project and has continued a relationship with Kinyara Sugar Works Ltd for 40 years. In 2004 the factory capacity was expanded to 64,000 ts/y. Privatisation of the company was completed in 2006.

ETHIOPIA - Finchaa Sugar Project (Technical Services)
Booker Tate was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive review of the country’s sugar industry and was then awarded a management and project management contract which was completed in 2000.

Tsb Sugar International (Pty) Limited (TsbSI), a South African based company, is the parent company of Booker Tate and the holding company for a number of Group investments. It employs a technical team that provides support resources and project management for clients. TsbSI is owned by Tsb Sugar Holdings (Pty) Limited whilst the ultimate holding company of the group is Remgro Limited which is quoted on the RSA Stock Exchange.
