General Management Opportunities in Sugar/Ethanol.

We are now seeking experienced General Managers for a range of exciting new overseas opportunities, which we currently have in the pipeline in North and South America, Indonesia and Southern Africa.

These positions could involve the setting up of sugar and/or ethanol projects in challenging new environments; or managing the day to day operations of an on-going sugar/ethanol producing business to ensure that market requirements in terms of targeted levels of quantity, quality, costs and time are met.

Individuals interested in such posts should be educated to degree level and have extensive management and leadership experience, including time spent in the sugar/ethanol industry or in large scale international project management. Versatility, integrity, initiative and excellent man-management, communication and organisational skills are essential. Fluency in English is essential and ability to speak Spanish/Portuguese would be advantageous.

Assignments usually last for several years and our international staff often establish a long-term career progression moving between overseas locations, UK Head Office and our parent Company, Tsb in South Africa.
